He is a popular motivational speaker, Master FireWalk Facilitator, scuba Dive Master, amateur military historian and keen cyclist. Ken is also the producer or presenter of various training videos.
He was a founding producer of the 1999 7th All Africa Games ceremonies and co-producer of the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup Opening Ceremony.
After 10 years in law enforcement and 5 years with NOSA [National Occupational Safety Association], Ken discovered countless managers who knew nothing about health and safety.
As a result he founded INTRA-TRAIN, an Occupational Health and Safety Training company and re-launched as INTRA-SAFE, a publisher of customizable Trainer's Kits in 2006.
He is married to Penny Jones, an international mass display choreographer and stadium theatre consultant.
Ken and Penny were co-recipients of Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award. "In recognition of a significant contribution made to South Africa's international standing and reputation as a world-class sporting and conference provider".
