Ken Annandale 
has been actively involved in Health & Safety training for over 20 years. Ex drug-squad cop, Naval officer, NOSA Consultant, audiometrist, radio announcer and university group communication skills lecturer. He is a popular motivational speaker, Master FireWalk  Facilitator, scuba Dive Master, amateur military historian and keen cyclist. Ken is the producer or presenter of various training videos. He was a founding member of Vulindlela Consortium - producers of the 1999 7th All Africa Games ceremonies and Chairman of Ceremonies for Africa - producers of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003 Opening Ceremony.  Ken is the author of best seller “Movers, Shakers. Moaners & Groaners”, "Professional Presentation Skills” and "The One Minute SAFETY Manager". Ken & Penny live in Cape Town.

After 10 years in law enforcement and 5 years with NOSA [National Occupational Safety Association] in health & safety training, Ken discovered countless people who knew nothing about health & safety. As a result he founded INTRA-TRAIN, an Occupational Health & Safety Training company and re-launched as INTRA-SAFE, a publisher of customizable Trainer's Kits in 2006.

Married to Penny Jones, an international mass display choreographer and stadium theatre consultant. Ken and Penny were co-recipients of Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award. "In recognition of a significant contribution made to South Africa's international standing and reputation as a world-class sporting and conference provider".
