Diligent Father of the Family
This vibrant 60 - 90 minute seminar is based on the ancient legal principle of the “diligens paterfamilias”, the “reasonable man” or "careful leader of a family".
It explores the individual’s responsibility to those under their influence or control in a lighthearted, yet challenging manner.
It motivates, inspires and encourages commitment to and participation in the Health & Safety Management System and Risk Management Plan.
The highly entertaining presentation concludes with a historical tale of Sir Ernest Shackleton and the remarkable survival of the crew of The Endurance, highlighting what is humanly possible when everyone works together in the realm of accident and disease prevention.
